-stock motor, Yoshimura full exhaust, pc3, woodcraft keyless ignition
-2008 GSXR1000 forks w/ohlins 30 cartridges. Ohlins shock, both fresh this summer GSXR1000 rear wheel
-Later model aluminum subframe w/spare steel and aluminum subframes
-usual race bits-braided lines/rearsets/520 conversion sprockets
-have full handlebar and bellypan setup for Motoamerica super hooligans

    No title, its a racebike
-zuma 50 scooter that will go with for a pit bike.

Would also sell 7x14 trailer for total race setup.
    Runs great, its pretty fast
Don't want to sell, but changes in life happened and the bike is too good to just sit
    $5000 obo

Would love to put some 650 stickers on this and walk a few 600’s at a track day!

If your just looking for a fun track bike that's reliable every time you hit the starter i'd go this route..if you want a competitive 600 look else where.
Ive raced nearly 38yrs with numerous variations of superbikes, supersport and old days of production.
Then came the super hooligan Motoamerica experience, looked at the rules saw the sv1000 fit found one chhhhhhhheap and was pleasantly surprised at how much fun the thing is... best finish was 10th 2023 at the ridge ..yes I wish it had 30hp more but it super fun and reliable. I had no idea until I built it.
    Good luck with the sale

A good ten years ago, I was at Nelson Ledges with a young up and coming rider I will not name. He had both an SV650 and an SV1000 he setup for trackdays and I was helping get started racing. I was trying to convince him to forget about the SV1000 and focus on the 650. He wasn't listening...so I convinced him to let me go out on the track on his 650 and follow him on the 1000. I carried more speed through the last corner and was able to come up inside him coming out of the corner and pass him on the front straight. He stopped riding the 1000 and focused on the 650. He quickly became faster than me and is now a pretty fast/ succesful racer.
