Supersport should be good this year:

PJ looks the favorite on the Ducati, as expected.

Blake and Ty are both extremely fast, but young and raw… which may see them make mistakes.

Once Matty and Ed figure out that bike, and Matty qualifies well, they’ll be right in that mix for the win.

Lewis and Cory will be in the hunt for podiums too.

Damn Kayla was ripping. That sucks. And standing at 10A watching, Blake’s crash was a bit scary. Because of the lower speeds, he almost looked like he was gonna come to a stop in front of PJ. Thought he was about to get run over.

 

What happened? Watching trackside I noticed the lead group accordioned a couple times once they caught traffic and I assumed things must have been happening elsewhere.

They kept hitting lappers in the T1 to T5 run, and the lappers were usually clumped so it would be 2-3 bikes they would have to get through.

 

Its funny how most of them are tiny! Hanna my dream girl is tiny!!! I got a pic with her,and gagne,and peterson,and they were so small!! Guess its like a jockey mindset.

Racing bicycle crits as a hobby, they pull riders if you’re about to get lapped. It doesn’t matter how far you drove or the fact it’s all hobbyists. Really should maybe consider it for a MotoAmerica race.

 

Good race. I think Boobies played it a bit safe, but Gagne put his head down after the lappers. Beach almost pulled off the podium after a crash, hell of a race for him!

 

You could see Beaubier really wanted it in 10-11-12 on the last lap but his maturity stepped in and said take the points.

 

When I die I wanna come back as JD.

 

He’s also done a great job working on his stutter over the years. I know he’s been open about working on it. Good post race interview.

Really can never find a reason to not root for him.
