    Yeah, we call them Grays, Morels… nothing good :D

    funny thing…. I absolutely hate the taste of all mushrooms:D in the 70s when the Dutch Elm disease hit MI we’d get morels by the bushel barrels then my own adventures as an adult… still hate the taste :D

    I’m lucky to rarely ever get nauseous…

    Also oddly I hate to look for things and am a nut about everything being in its place… but… looking for the texture changes in nature to find morels is really relaxing to me… spent every May as a kid in Messic Michigan mushroom hunting and Pike fishing with my grandparents… great memories
