They're not blowing anything up because there's a priority on retrieving the three bodies. Also, because the bow of the ship is resting on a natural gas line. Looks like progress is being made on offloading containers
Apparently blowing stuff up also will leave a bunch of debris in the channel, which is really hard on the dredgers that are needed to keep the channel clear and deep. So, the goal is to get all the concrete and steel all up from the channel. That even includes the stuff stuck in the mud.
