They must have been working hard last night as this morning I got another email and my account is fixed.
I finally resolved my issues. I deleted all shortcuts, and then used a hyperlink from a MotoA email. Had to resubscribe, which I wasn't due for until the end of April. Oh well, it's on and playing!
My stream in the Twins race keeps freezing up and then when it comes back it's current so I'm missing shit. Somebody crashed that I missed.
Using the app through Roku is working. It has sound. Still no sound using the app on my phone today. It worked fine yesterday.
I can watch on my TV through the Roku but I tried to pull it up on my computer and no luck. I tried deleting history and no luck. I tried different browser, no luck. Different computer, no luck. Doesn't seem like it should be this difficult.
So annoying it won't play in high definition on the Amazon firestick using their (Amazon) crappy web browser.
Yea they're the company that developed the webplayer that MA+ embeds in their webpage. I checked out the console yesterday when the stream was working fine and it looked like they were utilizing the Akamai CDN services which is good. Didn't think to check on Thursday when it was an absolute shitshow. I wonder if they just needed to scale out the number of nodes for the CDN or do something with the encoder, etc.
Anyone know how to get it playing on a smart TV? I have been a subscriber from the start but when I go to the URL I went to last year to watch, all I have is a white screen.
I'm not using Roku, just a smart TV going to the their website: https://www.motoamericaliveplus.com/ But when I do that on my TV, which I have since they came up with Live+, all I get is a white screen. Not sure what I have to do to get it to work. I sent an message to support and I should hear back within 24 hours which isn't great.
I streamed it from my iphone to my smart tv. No problems Laptop. No problem Amazon tablet. No problem.
