I had Kevin Murray dyno-tune the bike to a conservative 76.8 HP so I could run it in my one and only race and not worry about blowing it up.

Hey Motion do you remember or have any jetting notes from the carb update? I have a 97 with all 99 upgrades except carbs and manifolds. Have the parts but haven't installed yet since I don't know where to start with jetting on the newer carbs.

I had 2 '99 spec bikes over the years, so I'm not sure which notes refer to which bike. But I did find this in my notes:

1999 TZ250
350 main jets

1999 TZ250
R6 Needle jet (nozzle)
380 main
20 pilot
65 power jets

Sorry, thats all I got. Ed Sorbo could probably help you out. He has copious data on the TZs.
