I ate a breakfast burrito and a banana.

Must be different for everyone. Did the prep a few weeks ago and it was just under the 2 hour mark before the damn let loose.

Honestly it wasn’t as bad as everybody makes it out to be. Started at noon, done by 7 or so.
That was definitely a day I didn’t trust a fart.

 

For me....Outback Steakhouse and Varsity. I need to be within 20min of an approved toilet before even thinking of eating anything from one of those establishments.

 

I was in distress man.

Eat & Park salads go right through me!!!

Whatever chemicals they put on the lettuce for preservatives effects me every time I eat the salad.
