That's actually why am wondering why nothing was done. They could have offered her a wheelchair and a blanket or something to get off the plane and take care of things.

 

That's why I seldom fly anymore,airlines won't do shit about.......shit.

Flying is getting closer to grey dog rides all the time.

 

I think they're way past that benchmark now. So glad I no longer have to fly anywhere, for any reason. Between 'stuff' like this, shitty customer service, and hair weave fights in the lounge area. Too bad if family dies out of state, they can just go ahead and start the funeral without me.
