I had this happen on a build. I removed the pivot and takedown pin detents/springs. Placed a pin in the hole that kept both receivers to the tighest direction and used a bit just undersized of the receiver holes and slowly reamed/twisted by hand just enough to clean out the slight misalignment. Clean just a little, then work the pin with lube in annd out until it smooths out.Aside from the occasional stuff like this, psa makes great stuff. I just ordered a GF3 yesterday. Having my own range now, we are running the piss out of 3 ARs and a 104, all from psa. Not for any particular reason, it’s just they’ve become the go-to’s even over the “eff you money” brand ones we have.
