Those appear to be the old FMF Apex slip on pipes.

 

looks like an evo or 1098 frame due to the steering damper mount, also has the m4's, but could have been swapped

 

Thanks for pointing this out. It looks like the calipers and the steering damper mount make it a giveaway that it’s the EVO
