    While that is how I do things, that's not actually "how it's supposed to work". They use social media for self promotion, negative posts do not promote the organization. Can't blame any company for taking them down.

    Yep and we lost money at them. Part of why we cut dates back at Summit, they'd offer us dates like that and no point running them.

    ive wondered why they don’t it that more ….
    A helo isn’t THAT expensive for the extra coverage / clout/ professionalism. Dudes in havasu have their helos follow their boat for pics on a Tuesday :D

    what’s a helo for the day ? $4-5k?
    One of the big sponsors already owns one….offshore racing has been doing stuff I wish I could see ma doing but the $ situation is clearly evident between the 2 orgs. Nobody racing boats is “trying to make the big show” they’re just rich dudes having fun but make it look like a “professional” series.
