The fact Bagnaia had to drop a spot for that pass is a fricken joke. This is becoming not fun to watch.
Nice ride by Binder, he was on the limit but didn't do anything stupid. I'm surprised Fabio finished that race. From taking a nap in the gravel trap to taking some points.
Mav loses his chain on last lap.....He would have been 4th in the championship if he finished the race.
Put all their names in a hat, draw 1st-through whatever. Everyone go home safe and sound. Oh, throw in a parade lap for the fans…single file hat order.
That was one of the absolute WORST races I've ever seen EVER. Why all the knitpicking over racing? Why not give Miller a penalty for pushing Martin wide. Why not punish Aprilia for losing their chain? Why not punish Pecco for running wide on the cool down lap.... They making the racing a joke and single file racing. Please please don't make it F1
If I’m RNF I’m calling Stoner to replace Oliveira and I’m firing Raul Fernandez to fund it. Dude gets a lifeline to stay in the top class and is still shitting on it. Cut losses and move on before it’s too late.
If Bagnaia really had done something reckless, shouldn't he have gotten a long-lap penalty? Distorts not only make stupid decisions all the time, they are not even consistently stupid. Does anyone remember a rider having to give back a spot for something other than exceeding track limits or a yellow flag?
I'm a huge Freddie Spencer fan.... but I'm just curious... what makes a 500cc era legend an authority on ruling in the modern era? It seems to me that there is nearly nothing in common from 20 years ago to today, much less 40 years. Is it something they do with the legends? Seems like an ill-advised idea to me.
I don't understand why Bagnaia had to give a place back for rough pass, but Miller didn't... Binder is fun to watch
Agreed. Also, the track sucks ass. Place didn't hold a candle to the Mugello experience. Tiny ass screens and the bikes just don't seem to get up to speed. Feels like they're doing circles in a parking lot. The crowd didn't seem very hyped in our grandstand either, tbh.
