Dr says I need a knee replacement. I’ve had 2 cortisone shots in the last year. They work great for 4-5 months, but wear off. Dr mentioned Hyaluronic acid shots could help long term. I’m not in a bunch of pain just a little unstable. Anyone try this stuff.

    Sabre699 Wait...hold my beer.

I take glucosamine with hyaluronic acid ( last 3 years), and it aids significantly in my both knees' stress and pain.
I used to take the G with chondroitin but it did zero in my case. Good luck.
