i've owned more two stroke bikes than I can count. Own 9 currently, if I count the '99 Zuma 50. Selling all but 3 of them to buy a current e-start one soon, because I'm old, and shit...

I forgot about my Suzuki GT380! My first 6 race bikes were 2 strokes; first couple years racing WERA included.

Man I wish the two strokes were still the premier and support classes of top level racing. Sooooo much personality and raw, visceral appeal. Just something about a two stroke that makes the moto experience more emotional. I still have a bunch of em, even though I've sold off around 10-15. They're all going to be mostly gone over the next couple years, but I wouldn't mind consolidating down to an ex 500cc GP bike and this, the ultimate expression of the modern two stroke:
