    UGA is definitely on top of the pile right now but as a longsuffering dawg fan I remember the glory days with Hershel Walker and the drought that ensued when he went pro. College football fortunes can change in a hurry. Might as well enjoy it when the winds are blowing your way.

    TCU deserved to be in the game but no, they didn't have anything for UGA. Not surprised, the real championship game was against Ohio who never should have lost to Michigan but it is what it is (and I enjoyed that loss as well as MI losing to TCU). I did/do feel bad for the TCU team but the reality is they were never ready for Georgia, no one was including Ohio, they just got lucky UGA/Stetson played stupid for a while.

    It's weird..
    TCU was laying some hard licks on Michigan offense.
    They looked like an NFL team.
    I still got text messages from family in GA.thinking they was gonna roll GA.
    I think Stetson Bennett could hang that fresh clean uniform back up wo washing it.

    Some very lucky turns for Georgia against OSU. I am a die hard Buckeye fan and I do recognize the talent the Bulldogs have, but calling them the next king is a bit over the top. Luck certainly went their way with DB’s falling down and a missed kick by OSU. A win is a win though, so I will give them that.

    My take was a bit different. It seems with the lay off before the championship games some teams show up and some lay eggs. I think TCU showed up against Michigan but laid an egg with Georgia. Georgia is the better more talented team in my opinion regardless. I think Georgia laid an egg vs the Buckeyes and showed up last night with something to prove and prove it they did.
