because I went all in on my car, and don't have a winter car, i sprayed the underneath with Fluid Film last year. It seemed to help out and didn't see as much effect from the salt. It is a bit oily, and was put onto Boeshield this year. Haven't tried it yet, but supposed to be more waxy than oily.

 

Yeah winter sucks. But luckily it hasn’t been bad here. It rains some, and gets cold (especially at night). But it hasn’t snowed or anything. It doesn’t even get down to freezing.

But I’m sure it will get worse over the next couple of months.

 

Man that’s a slick ride. Didn’t even get out of the showroom before chicks were throwing their panties at you.

 

Boeshield is good. and doesn't stink like fluid film, but Zep Linebacker is on another level.

I love those things. For awhile every time I’d hit a certain part of Germany I’d stay at the same guest house and the owner would take me out in his “ jager niva.” Finally let me drive it.

I’m still trying to figure out all the buttons. I know how to make it go, that’s about it.

But I did figure out how to get the Tach on the HUD, so that is fun.

 

Lost the alternator yet? Buddy is on his 2nd in the RSQ8 and RS6avant. Apparently it’s a problem across the Audi line right now. No real details but he was telling me last week.
