Sorry to hear about Molly. It sucks losing our pups. We lost Troy back in January and that still hurts. Teddy Brosevelt helped with the transition. Congrats on Sammy! He’s a sweet little pup!
Thanks PJ, saying goodbye sucks indeed. If we had a Teddy I'm sure it would have made things easier but best we could do was find another stinker to join the family and waiting 3 more weeks is already killing us. LOL... At least I've kept busy preparing for him - puppy lessons planned, full size bed ordered for when he outgrows Molly's little bed, a large crate to give him his own safe place, food dishes, treats, etc all sorted out.
Had a little snow this morning, so Mrs. Whip and I took a little hike with the pups in the foothills.
Not my dog, but this is “Chief”. He is at the ceramic coating place. It is close to the gun range so when I’m going to the range I sometimes stop by and play with Chief for a little while. As soon as I walk in I sit in the floor with him and he comes and plops down on me. It’s funny because his person will come in and call him, but Chief won’t leave me.
My midget, all five pounds of him. My ex of 20 years pup, that wound up with me one weekend after she divorced…again. My son brought him to dog sit, but it was me that did the sitting. We got along, and I told her he was better off here, she agreed. Almost 3 years in…he’s 10 now.
NEVER ask the Vet Tech if she can "Do Stella's nails, while she is under, getting her teeth cleaned"?
Sammy is now 5 months old. He has half his baby teeth and half adult teeth, and only chews on things like 18 hours a day lol. Amazing little buddy - we went to Mexico for a vacation and just got back - wife was a tad annoyed I kept going on and on about how much I missed him. 33lbs of teddy bear.
This is my special Lil Guy...he's been w me through it all, Saved my ass when things got too bad..He's my hero He's 11 now..... We each have a lil grey now.
