    I forgot to add:

    Brembo Monobloc front calipers
    Brembo Z04 front brake pads

Special note about the Fast By Frank rear brake modification, it makes changing the rear wheel effortless! Take the nut off, push the axle through, grab and pull out the axle, wheel drops to the ground, push forward, take off chain and drape over the swingarm and the wheel comes out as the brake caliper is bolted to the swingarm and moves with the adjuster. 20 seconds off and 20 seconds on. Takes longer to take the axle nut off by hand!

15/42 so -2/-3. Were you trying to adjust the wheelbase? Seems like the same final drive ratio would be achieved with -1 on front, that’s what I run.

Steve Weir is the MotoAmerica BMW specialist and lucky for me, I know him. I set the bike up exactly as he suggested (wheelbase, map, suspension).
Yes the 15/42 is for wheelbase at the WERA (actually it's ERA now, they quit coming to the west coast in the middle of last season) tracks we run here.
This combination worked well at COTA and Miller, too. The only track I could have changed it on is Sonoma, but it was only a trackday and not worth the effort.
Thanks for reading my post and good afternoon!!!
