What company (arguably) makes the best Electric full off road motorcycle as of today? I'm going to be in the market for a new dirbike this spring and I'd like to take electric into consideration.

the Alta was the best but they went out of business. You might be able to find a used one. KTM makes one but its more of a playbike/trailbike , not as hardcore as the Alta
I wouldn't consider one for enduro or x-country riding based on range and charge times. Even if you have 2, you can't siphon electrons from one to another.
The Alta is really an amazing machine. At the time I rode it I had a 2018 Ktm 250 xcw tpi, and I instantly felt faster on the Alta. But, as was already mentioned they are no longer in business and the battery life is what kept me from getting one.
