  12. Low dollar piece of crap, shocked he’d stoop that low :) I love those things.

  13. I can’t even find a price on that X85R. I thought the x60 was about $70k or so.

He picked up several seconds from qualifying Friday. I spoke briefly with him Friday PM, and he was not completely happy with the chassis, but was in good spirits. He put it all together Saturday Noon, and ripped like he'd never been away. An impressive performance. He was jazzed when he came in after the race, as he well should have been. Awesome.

    Cheers,

    Dave

He's a world champ, what else did you expect? :D

He never got along with the XR1200's and pretty much did not like that experience, which I found pretty amusing :)

It should also be noted that Rapp was out there doing pretty damn well for not being a "team" rider since 2015 either. He bested Knapp which is no easy chore.

He said he had only ridden it 3 times before the race. Had a wobble when it was leaned over and a accelerating out of the corners.
Coming out 13 it reminded me of Melandri’s high speed wobble on the Ducati.

“Sick and tired of being sick and tired.” were his words to me, while dealing with that thing. I felt for him, as I thought he deserved better.
