    Nice bike crazymofo!

PO has venting coming out of front valve pan cover too. Wonder if this is really necessary?
So My understanding is that pressure and oil mist comes out from rear cylinder pan cover goes to oil pressure separator than oil goes back into crank case through one way check valve while air goes to air box.
So are you bypassing the return to crank case and just venting straight out into the catch can?

Also, how many washers are there around the starter motor gear assembly? As I pulled the side case on my 1st motor I wasn't careful enough and it all came apart and I found two washers. On second motor pulling it all off carefully I found only one washer behind one of the gears. Am I missing one (possibly lost it in the crank case (yeeyks) or one washer too many in the other?
Looks like he had an oil cooler set up too (fittings tapped behind oil filter). Any opinions on this?

    Here's few pics for reference

Yes the complete front end (06 gsxr 600/750) with TLR triples, wheels and after market rotors are for sale.
One motor (out of the bike now) is completely stock with about 22k miles. The other is completely rebuilt (top to bottom) with many new parts, to stock specs aside being balanced 50/50. Apparently it was only run briefly to make sure all was good and still needs proper break in.

Any time you're not sure on something like this look at the online microfiche that alot of the dealers have up. I use Ronnies or World of Powersports. The parts are always shown in the correct order and amount.

Was in New Zealand a few weeks ago - where racing Suzuki 650 twins is popular and well contested.

Met a guy there who decided he wanted a steel frame for his already pretty well sorted out 650... It was made locally and really shows what can be done if you are serious. Check out the swing-arm too... And the fuel tank is a small aluminum container located well back - in front of it is a carbon fiber shroud which sort of looks like a tank....

I just picked up a carbon airbox that uses the tank as the lid. Now to order some sebimoto ram tubes and web cams/gears.

Very nice setup and yes of course I am envious.... especially about the carbon fiber air box. I fitted sharkskinz ram air tubes with a stock air box and did not get the improvement I was hoping for. You might want to measure your valve timing before buying the cams and gears - which are a reasonably high $ item. With an intake camshaft on the exhaust side, my valve timing measured quite close to what it should be. So I was lucky and got to use the money for other things.

With you on that one Dalmatino. 1188 cc means stroking the crank - there is just no other option. Expensive and definately not for beginners like me...

    Hey Steve how's it going?
It will be interesting to compare dyno sheets! I'm hoping to get mine together and tuned sometime in July/August when I get back.
