And regarding the big boys, the only question now is whether or not MM can do the clean sweep this season. That would be astounding.

To my knowledge, no.

 

I find the sub-text story of Rossi's very strong finishes quite impressive, especially considering that he is old enough to be Marc Marquez's father. (I know it seems a stretch but I fathered a child at 14-1/2, the same age Rossi was when Marquez was conceived.)

Rossi's ability to adapt to a new riding style, constantly-shifting technology and still consistently finish on the box speaks a lot about his level of skill.

This year has been very fun to watch in all three MotoGP classes.

Rossi realized he said he thought him and mark could battle if he hadn't made the mistake. He quickly realized what he said and went on to say that he wished Mark had come back to him so they could battle. I couldn't stop laughing.

 

I'd be surprised if he even bothers to watch it on tv.

The guy was a king maker way before Rossi's time, his resume speaks for itself.

looking at all the photos of him at the Australian SB races in Adelaide over the weekend, he is very happy and relaxed
