I used to like Nicky. I like his work ethic but I just can't see the reason for this crap. Look at all pics and you'll see it.

It's not uncommon at all. Over the years, I cannot count the number of people that wouldn't even look at the camera for an ID or company badge. What really is shocking is how some folks flat out hate having their picture taken.

While it was limited to one circumstance, I had en employee quit because he had to take a picture for an org chart.

 

Yeah, I don't get it. I'll bet this was one of a hundred photos taken that day, one of the 99 they didn't use, until of course, seven years later when events that have transpired in the interim somehow change the context of the photo.

 

When he is posing with people. Don't make me start gathering pics....

It means how's about if these people ask to take a pic with you and you at least act like you want to be there.

Maybe he has a lazy eye and doesn't look at directly at the camera because it would be really obvious?
