Steve, you better make it there. We need to repeat the fun we had in July at Road A again. Scott, you ready to mix it up in F-2stroke?
Yup, I'll be there. #3 exhaust valve broke (after hitting the piston from an over-rev) and destroyed the cylinder head, cylinder and one rod. CRAP! This was a top end from a spare engine....kinda expendable. My "A" head and cylinder are sitting on the bench now and I should have it back together today (after a complete dis-assembly to make everything shiny clean in there). Hopefully I will get it out to NPR for a track day next Monday for break-in. It will be faster than before! Can't wait for the GNF!
oh yeah. i wiped the bugs off the windscreen of the rz, adjusted the chain....it seems ready. wonder how good the TZ going to go now?? mit die uber frontend and all!
For a second there I thought I was moving up a spot on the grid there! Now its one more four cylinder bike to deal with on that long back straight. Good luck in getting back together Steve, and I'll see you in turn 1!
Lesee, uber forks, uber brakes, uber front tire, same old motor, same old rear wheel... Should be better, but will it be enough? Might have to do some of that riding shit!
Kith, I'm gonna work on going through the corners faster. (and I'm going to pull off one of Fayhe's plug wires in the pits too)Are you going to RA?
Looking at Steve's website...he should be racing CORC. He's double the age of the other guys. I guess that's where the "Vintage" comes into play
Steve, you don't have to take that sh-t,just kick there ass and show them us Gulf coast boys mean bizz. Well gatta go finish making my knife into a gun for the knife fight. TIM
Lesee, uber forks, uber brakes, uber front tire, It seems like you guys (including Mark) have forgotten the duffess mechanic he has working on the TZ.
