sv650 engine work

    Just wondering if anyone knows who is good at servicing first gen sv motors. Have a 2000 with a "fixed up" motor that I would like to get the once over done to it to get ready for next year.. thanks

    Jamie Hanshaw. He built 2 National Championship-winning motors I ran back when racing an SV. He's built both first and second-gen engines.

    If you are in KY, Hord's close by, in Ohio. He's been working on SVs since they came out.

    It'd be the closest drive for him for a reputable builder. All of the other one's are great too, but location makes a big difference. I'm not saying one is better than the other.
