I have Pro2008 on both my lap and desktop. Laptop is working fine. With the desktop, when I try to print a sales receipt, the print icon shows in the toolbar, then disappears, and the page does not print. It will however print tutorial pages. It's no longer supported, so Intuit is no help.
Are you trying to print the receipt as the inputs are put into QB? When you receive money, do you log it in via a receipt or from the customer's menu/receive payment option? I was just playing with QB and think this may make a difference.
I'm just trying to print a sale receipt. Both computers are set up exactly the same. Like I said, everything appears to be working. The print icon shows it received the info, then disappears. Of course Intuit wants me to purchase QB 2011.
