I was hoping for BT keyboard since some of the new phones have HDMI ports that maybe could be used for video.
you tell me, I'm a late adapter and will be purchasing my first smart phone the charger stopped working for my old motorola
Why not take a photo of the document and zoom/crop it? Also known as a 'Grandpa Box', it features large, independently-actuated keys in an array called a 'keyboard' and a large-ish flatpanel monitor, under a camera. It's for people whose vision sucks too bad to use a 'droid or eyephone like everyone else. (I think we're moving toward a larger phone/smaller tablet, and small displays that project and virtual keyboards, all with the phone/tablet not leaving your hip. Your wallet's moving into your phone, too.)
I guess I could wait for the iphone 6 (an Iphone3g duct taped to the back of an Ipad) seriously though, if anyone knows how to do this let me know. I need to check personal emails during the day but now work in a secure location so personal email on a company computer aint gonna happen
Does it display the operating screens of the phone and emails, or just app driven stuff like video from NETFLIX?
I have the Samsung Infuse and it comes with an actual HDMI out to hook up to a monitor. Add the bluetooth keyboard and off you go.
Dropped by the apple store, and they have an adapter that plugs into the port on the iPhone and converts to hdmi. Didn't catch the price.
Yep, keyboards and HDMI cables, great! But again, what can you do with it? Can you see the OS screens? How do you select and launch apps with a keyboard? Anyone with actual experience doing it? First 4 pages of that forum talked about nothing but watching videos.....
