We are planning on selling quick change items. Mark is still working on pricing and exactly what would be included in each package. Please see him at the GNF or email him if you have any interest. [email protected]
It's too expensive. It was too complicated to install and use. They don't make it for 1983 Yamaguchi GS450XL There will still be plenty of them.
There will always be excuses, but the "can't get it" one is now out. As for the others, that's their own problems.
http://www.yamaguchibike.com/content/Components i got my quick change components for my GS450XL here, special order of course.
This belongs in the classified section. but I have to ask. How much for two of the fancy swingarms, a dozen or so wheels with rotors, oversized tripleclamps, caliper ramps, magnets, all the needed spacers and a few axles? oh yeah all for a 2009 Yamaha R1
I do not think there is a racer out there that would not love to race more but it is all about the budget!!make it cheeper and more will come!!
My quick change set up cost about $500. That's pretty much all machine work. It's not that difficult.
I'm pretty sure Mark uses PVM, who no longer makes quick change stuff. I would agree, that if the playing field is to be level, like Chuck said, the sprocket should have to be attached to the wheel. As for our pit stops, I can now change a front and a rear, about 20 seconds after the tank is full. The only ones who have a right to bitch are you guys running HW.
