    I have an 09 what are the down sides of swapping ecu's? Do I need to remap it or is it plug and play. I previously only owned suzukis so trying to educate msyelf on the yamaha.

    instead of 102 that your bike has now if it is still stock. Dont have to change anything just plug it in. And go.
