i can think of a waaaay better myth to bust than Archimedes' solar ray. two words that rhyme with 'dearth' and 'intricate'. well, at least if he's not at the Whitehouse he can't f@ck up as much.

DOUBLE ZING! I have renewed interest in this show after I saw Jamie wheelie his Buell 1125r on the BMW tablecloth episode.
It's part of his initiative to get kids interested in science. They use a few hundred elementary school students to hold the mirrors.
Would have been better if they had used a few hundred kids to make the mirrors..then he could have held a press conference about all the new jobs he created.
They already tested and busted the Archimedes Solar Ray myth. Beyond that, this isn't bothering me at all, and I am not even an Obama supporter.
I think he just wants to see his reflection from a few hundred mirrors at once. At this stage of his presidency he couldn't encourage enough adults to do it...even if they were paid for it in the form of very temporary jobs.
+1 already been busted, and now re-busted (as you new it would be). So the POTUS could not come up with something better I think they should have challenged the myth that our Representatives (both houses and political belief) actually DO something for THE PEOPLE rather than themselves.
