    I like that ide at Grattan with the two tracks. Interesting for sure. We've talked about some other things on Saturdays as an option - practice and some trackday groups and the like.

    Me agreeing and so far I see no reason to not keep the bikes looking stock. Other than the super tall or super fat people there is no need for a db - yet as soon as it's legal it's now perceived as something riders all have to buy to compete.

    Seriously? All this bitchin' about race fuel? If you guys think it's that big of an advantage then you should have no problem shelling out the extra cash to run it. There are a lot of other ways to get hp out of a SS legal motor that are way more expensive... next thing you know people will be wanting friggin' sealed spec engines in CSS novice!:crackup:

    If you don't want to spend the money then don't - it's not what is keeping you from being faster. You guys have the ability to change that thought process much more than I do with any rules I make.

    oh, I totally agree with that, which is why I won't waste my money on race fuel or building my motor, however, it seems we look at our bikes to get that extra umph of power to compete instead of at our own abilities.

    How's about a spot for my wayward MZ Skorpion in Vintage. The engine is just a bored out version of the old XT/TT500 from the 70's.

    Perfect fit for V4 or if it had to V5.
