:wow: I know this isn't new, but I just found this video..... The most ridiculous performance I've ever seen. (Metalheads beware: It's acoustic) I'm going to see this guy play this summer. Can't freaking wait!

Tommy emmanuel FTW!!! He's been voted worlds best accoustic guitarist... I don't play, but have seen him 3 times, blown away everytime

 

Nice song. Not very difficult though. Like someone said it's in open tuning. His right hand technique is pretty damn good though...

I can't hear a 12 string without thinking about the smell of the acoustic section at that shit ass store Guitar Center....Strange.

 

Best part about seeing him is he's usually in a smaller venue (auditorium, small convention center) his tickets cost $30, your in there w/1000 or so people who aren't looking to start a mosh pit..... and the best part is, he'll play for 2 hours non-stop. My father plays, and says his music is probably the hardest to learn and play he's seen (not 12 string) He said Tommy will play 3 different guitar parts at the same time.... he's truly inspiring:up:
