07 corvette question

    My buddie put it away for the winter and locked the doors now the battery is dead and he cant get in any suggestions:Poke:

    You can open the hatch with the key. Then open the door with the door release located in the back driver's side under the carpet.

    uhhh i would say leave the doors unlocked next year...or run a cable into the wheel well that releases the hood so you can jump or put a tender on the battery (not real sure on this is accomplished but my buddy had the same set up on his old S-10 with shaved door handles)

    battery probably just sat too long unatended. There is always a power draw on the battery if the cables are connected. Next year suggest he put the battery on a trickle charger that senses when the voltage is low and kicks on then off once good voltage is reached... cycles on and off by itself.
