had a stress test for an abnormal EKG on wednesday... after which they asked how he was feeling he said i had a little chest pressure, like indegestion at first but it went away, he felt fine... They suggested he contact a cardiologist to have a look. Thursday he calls Dr. Hart the heart doctor... hes been my parents neighbor for 20 odd years... Dr. Hart asks if he can be there tomorrow morning at 9am for the cadiac cath... and now here we are. Blood pressures now pretty low at 110 over 60 that theyre switching his BP medication to a lower dose, his pulse hasent been below 80 as long as i can remember and its rock solid at 60 beats a minute. He's headed home today and everything the doctors say is postive, so it seems we're in the clear for now. Thanks again guys. I appreciate it.
Good thing he had the stress test. Neil Hart is a great doc. I've known him for quite some time. He's in good hands. (actually, that entire practice is strong. Campsey, Wilson, etc) Good on Pops!
