I was at the track for my first trackday this weekend. I was lined up on the grid when Jason hit the wall.

I didn't get a chance to meet him, but his accident and death greatly moved me. It made me really evaluate why I was putting myself at risk with track riding. I came to realization that it was because I love riding and exploring the limits of my motorcycle and myself. I have to imagine that was pretty much the same reason Jason was riding.

R.I.P. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
