I was at the track for my first trackday this weekend. I was lined up on the grid when Jason hit the wall. I didn't get a chance to meet him, but his accident and death greatly moved me. It made me really evaluate why I was putting myself at risk with track riding. I came to realization that it was because I love riding and exploring the limits of my motorcycle and myself. I have to imagine that was pretty much the same reason Jason was riding. R.I.P. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
Poor fella. This fellow rider, his family and friends, will be in my thoughts and prayers. Rest in peace brother.
