We've already had a costume thread. Here's the pumpkin thread. I'll have more after tonight, but I'm pretty happy with these four...
Dude, you are some kind of pumpkin carving freak. I get pissed off trying to make the two triangle eyes looks the same, and teeth are out of the question.
well mine are no comparison to the first posted....but every year the kids draw what they want and i carve it...
Last years. i didnt clean the mess up too well and ended up with a flower garden full of pumpkin plants this year. We grew them and now we have a bunch more out front.
Here's the rest... Guard Pumpkin... Trick-or-Treater's beware Territorial Pumpkin (this is probably my favorite, kind of a Chucky meets Braveheart feel) Cannibal... my first time carving a giant pumpkin (wife's foot for reference, it had to weight 60-70 lbs) Hannibal and victim (Ray Liotta?)... that's a jello brain my wife made with a mold we have. She also carved the pumpkin Pi. The whole spread, lit up All this for 11 trick-or-treaters . Oh well, as the misses pointed out we do it more for ourselves than for the kids.
And a hand mold... and a heart mold... and some eye molds... Here's the "feast" from our Halloween party...
jig, what kinda camera was that taken with, really clear and not "flashy" even though it's nighttime. good shot
Joe...looks awesome! You and Andrea did a fantastic job! I hope the hand tasted better than last years!!!
no flash. that's why every 'what camera should i buy' thread culminates in everyone saying buy fast (low light capable) glass. was shot with a canon 30d at iso 1600 with a canon 50mm L f/1.4
