its one thing to watch Tray's lap times but you really start appreciating what he can do/what he does when you stand at the various difficult sections of the track and watch how he flies through them... effortlessly.
I beat him!!! He blew the motor. I think the front spark plug broke, he ran about a lap on one cylinder, and finally it sputtered enough for him to pull off.
Congrats on the fine finish Scott. It looked like a pretty good battle you had going with the 3rd. place bike.
Thanks Tom:up: We (Russ Masecar and I) had some fun in that race! Battled back and forth for pretty much the whole race. Once we say Tray pull off it was on big-time!! Dennys Passeto was out of reach, so there wasn't any other "rabbit" to catch. It is a pretty awesome feeling to look over on the grid and see Tray next to you give you the thumbs up! Hell, 600 practice was an eye-opener!! I went slower than last outing though.
Yeah, that was a good race to watch..wasnt sure if it was the HWSS or the LWSS, but that time that Russ looked over and stared at you coming out of T-10 was hilarious...from our point of view, it wasnt just looking over his shoulder..he stared at ya..pretty funny. Russ is a class act. did he get ya on the outside of 5? LOL
Yep! I got him back before 9. Why didn't you warn me that was his move!! LOL! Russ is a class act. Lots of fun to race with. We went at it in HWT SS with me on the Triumph and him on the SV1000, then again in the LWT SS race on the SV650's.
...oh yeah, btw...Masecar goes to the outside of the concrete in T5...alot...there, all that spectating LW races came in handy finally... (better late than sober:up: )
I think he might make more at clubracing...he makes a lot of money in a weekend. I would like to see him go out there and run a AMA SBK race once more
