It’s an exercise in frustration to find the actual operating procedures of, say a new tile saw, which are buried on page 37 of the manual. So I just say fuck it and wing it, which is counterintuitive to the purpose of even having the instruction manual. Thank you stupid people of America.
I never understood that term. It's a prime candidate for my "English doesn't make sense" thread. "Near miss" should mean a collision that was almost avoided. The exact opposite of what's in the video.
It's easy. A "Scary near miss" is a young unmarried lady wearing a gorilla mask who is close at hand. Pretty simple when you think about it. "Nearly missing" is when you hit something you almost failed to connect with.
In the OSHA world this would be classed as an incident that would need permanent corrective action and not a near miss. Just because they didn’t actually hit the ambulance there were still injuries due to a safety violation. If they both went around it and no crashes etc it would be classed as a near miss.

It " has" instructions x10 but fuck it all if I'm reading all that shit,thus I still don't know how to download videos.
