I agree...(suzook has dropped the factory support) and them Attack boys are gonna be a force for sure. But...surprises happen when a good team gets it right.
Okay, I'm confused here??? I thought the 200 was limited to only 600cc middleweight bikes? Yet from what I've read the winner was riding a Ducati 1100 cc and the main competition listed as a GSXR750 ? What's the story?? Not that I'm complaining.....I enjoy watching larger machinery in some races.
It allows for next gen super sports bikes. Includes GSXR 750 Triumph 765 MV Agusta 800 Ducati V2 (955cc)
Sorry if I missed and I'm not re-reading the whole thread, but has the ballast issue on the KTMs in the Super Hooligans race been discussed ? How much extra weight did they have to put on to let Indian win like that ? 40 lbs is what I heard, is that even true ?
Yet only one of the over 600cc bikes managed to beat all the 600s in the race. Yamaha R6s took 2nd, 3rd and 5th, so don't feel too sorry for them. All those larger displacement bikes are either rev or throttle opening restricted or both.
Running Hondas for financial reasons is completely different than condoning your rider purposely taking another rider out for “pay back”
yes, 40lb. MA let the KTMs take it off for the second Hooligan race but unfortunately Andy DNF'ed out of that one. but, he was definitely looking more competitive in that race prior to crashing.
What decade are you in? 2017 Toni won MA Superbike in dominant fashion. 18/19 he finished 2nd in the series. In 2020 he was 4th. Not too shabby for a long in the tooth bike.
Yea..I read all that..But who's to say how a guy set his bike up? Maybe those racers set there bikes up to not complete corners, and crash into other racers?Ahhh!! I make me laugh When someone else isn't
