is this a thing just here or do you guys have other places where you like to go off rails like trains lately?

 

The Adv forum is just as bad as the beeb for derailment.

i am not a train expert. of the forum derailment, i am aware of. was just wondering about other places.

I don’t really check out too many other Bbs’s anymore but the ones in the past were over moderated (stay on topic or else!), too rigid with too many forums and sub forums or full up with people who only seemed to care about a single thing.

This place is a happy accident. Some times the derailments are more entertaining and full of information than the original topic.
The derailments have been taking place since way before I got here and they’re one of many reasons I’m still here.
