Bonfire at my brother's place, with the cornhole board and a few games set up in his shop for the kids.
And a bottle of Gibsons Finest for me.

Staying home, actually just got home from doing a delayed Christmas at my daughters, foggy as hell, couldn't see shit at 40 mph. Be extra tough driving for the drunks on the road tonight.

 

We were going to have a “midnight” pick up series of games for the girls but the weather turned to ass so we’ll do something tomorrow.
Instead I’m watching Caps hockey and drinking a beer.

 

Was hoping for something more pleasant than what I got…

PS line blew on the truck 40 miles from home.

3 hours later, I’m driving it again. It’s good to have a key to the Napa store.

 

I had a genuine emergency tonight when I realized I couldn't log onto the beeb from my laptop but DaveK took care of business.

Although his new password choices are suspect AF.

 

You left it up to me sooooooo.

 

Spent midnite on the beach with about 50K people in Vietnam. HNY!

 

Started the day with a french bubbly, went for a hike, took a nap, had raclette, fireworks lit up the kid’s eyes, small bourbon, couch time, bed before midnight.

the young will be up early again.

Sleep is worth more than an imaginary date in the frame of 14 billion years.

Spent NYE at Amalie arena watching the lightning win with my daughter, then home to avoid all the road morons!

Jackie Greene at the Crest Theater. Made it to 1:30 am, which at this stage in life, is a feat in itself. Great show.

 

Bought a new scoot, stared at it in the shop for a while, had a shrimp stir fry thing my wife made. Watched Grumpy old men on the TV while sitting in front of the couch while my wife sat on the couch and ran her fingers through my hair. In bed by 9:30.

 

We've seen pictures of you shirtless. I'm translating this as you got a back rub.
