My uncles in ND used to drink Windsor Canadian on Saturday nights on the town. It’s probably piss. But the farmers drank that shit up.
It is tasty, I haven’t seen it in my parts for about 2 years now. CR XO is damned good too! I’m a bourbon guy so for me to like these whiskies is saying something…
Canadian whiskey is devil water. It is one of the few things I will not drink when out due to past performances when I was younger. But if getting in fights, crashing motorcycles and rolling vehicles is your thing allegedly Gibsons Finest is one of the more gooder Canadian whiskeys.
I don’t love all Canadian whisky’s but this one is pretty good. Nice for when I want a lower proof pour.
For whiskey it’s my favorite. I hate Jack Daniels and all the other bourbon stuff people are into. Give me a crown royal Extra rare 18 neat or regular crown and soda on the rocks and I’m good.
Forty Creek Confederation Oak Reserve. The finest Canadian Whiskey I have ever tasted. https://fortycreekwhisky.com/product/confederation-oak-reserve/
Canadian whiskey is what us boys in Kentucky use to clean wheel bearings. My BIL drinks Crown Royal exclusively. I finally had to try it to see what the fuss is. Tasted like a mixture of Southern Comfort and dishwater.
