can you fix a twisted wheel? i have a zx6r front wheel i took to another straightener and he said no do to it being twisted

fyi i am 69 now semi retired, still on the track no more racing. have an extensive background in design and fabrication and this gives me something to do and pays for my trackdays , tires , etc.
