Transponder battery replacement

    Just got my transponder back from John at RACINGTRANSPONDERFIX.COM.
    Dialed in and ready for for next year. Thanks for the contact info Mongo

    He did both of mine three years ago. I haven't raced in 3 years so last month I decided to charge them up. Even though they only show 3 blinks, I took them out of their chargers at noon on a Sunday and they didn't completely die until Thursday night. Ready for next year too:D

    looks like the site is dead now. Does anybody know if this business is still in existence?

    I've always topped my transponder off every few months, but it doesn't appear to take a charge now. When I first put it on the charger, it blinks for a minute or so, then stops. I'm guessing a new battery will fix it up.

    Yeah, just an s needed on the old site address to get to the new site. Or do what I do and google transponder repair texas every time because I never remember where I saved the link :crackup:
