On track Performance really has little to do with keeping outside of the industry sponsors happy

Lot of fans on the hill side around turns 3,4,5 and they usually have a Jumbotron positioned to keep an eye on the race throughout the track. Those are good corners for passing so it’s good the view is good there.

Are different track configurations ever used at VIR for motorcycles?

It'll be interesting to see how quick Baz learns VIR.

Didn't they say there'd only be one track that MA goes to where he would not have been there before the race weekend?

Brainerd sounds right. But also I don't know when he would have ridden Road A either. Maybe some secret squirrel testing?

I was assuming the Ridge, since it's the most remote/furthest from HSBK.

stanboli on a podcast said it took gagne almost the full year to adjust going from the s1000rr to the R1, both the rider and the bike have to meet somewhere in the middle, now herrin is going through that same adjustment period.

He also said some shit in regards about Gagne needing to stay off those little TTR125s. I almost spit out my beer when I heard that on an interview.

You race like you train.... If you train not doing the right techniques, you sure as hell won't do them during a race.....
