So after the shooting stops you'd be happy to take a bullet for someone right?

If you think this behavior is unique, just wait until Biden doesn’t get the dem presidential nomination. The rats will be scurrying then.

Not unique at all. personally, I don’t see Biden getting the nod. There’s better options.

Like what...a pile of sand, some kitty litter or perhaps a jar of peanut butter? All of those would be better options.

Speaking of Biden not getting the nod. Does that further blow all of the impeachment bs out of the water? Can’t try to bribe a foreign government to help eliminate a political rival if he’s not a political rival, no?

The Democrats just built an entire impeachment sham on their claim that he was a political rival of Trump’s. Ask them.

Apparently someone thought he was a rival. The numbers show he wasn’t as popular as the right made him out to be. Regardless, he’s not a fave here, and sounds like that push to “fight corruption” was wasted effort.

So ... if he isn’t now, and never really was a rival, doesn’t that mean its even more plausible that Ukraine was being asked to look into a major corruption issue prior to being given another boatload of money??

I dont know Buck. Its seems like they relied so much on impeachment that they never considered they will have to actually face Trump in the general. Now they are standing there with a TERRIBLE group of candidates.

    Biden: Senile and dirty
    Sander: Actual communist
Buttigeig: Mayor of a B level city.
Bloomberg: angry billionaire (they might have something here as evidenced by Trump).
Warren: more baggage than Samonite and zero charisma
    Klobucher: who?
    Did I miss anybody?

If the election is fair, they are in real trouble. That convention could get ugly.

Nobody in my circle of socialist/communist/ welfare recipient friends gave him any attention. Although going full court press on him exposed a lot.

mark this post- November will see a change in party. I’m confident enough to place bets.

Change in party at what levels? You saying House goes red? White House goes Blue? Senate goes Blue? Define your “change in party” if you’re looking to place bets.

Trump and Zelensky have proven that a lack of significant former political experience can be an asset, not a hindrance in a presidential election.

As to Biden being a political rival of Trump, they will say that the damage has already been done by Trump et. al. and that is why he is falling down the list. Also, don't count Biden out yet. He will be stronger in SC and Nevada than the first two states. If this thing goes to a 2nd vote at the convention the Superdelegates come in and the original delegates are all allowed to change allegiances at that point so if the real powers in the party want him, he will be the nominee.

OK, I thought it was a bad joke but then I saw your follow-up posts and it looks like you are serious with this. It's Trump's camp that has been considering him the main rival since long before he announced he was running. If you're being honest with yourself, you cannot possibly have missed that Trump was targeting him while mostly ignoring the others, whose names he probably did not even know (not a dig at him, there were a bunch of unknown-to-barely-known nationally) until they had been running for a while. Maybe if he watched less television, he would've known better, as the media seemed to share the same opinion as him. Actually, as I write this, I realize there might be a chicken-or-egg situation going on here. I can't be sure who believed it first.

    i agree with this 100%.

I have to wonder how Biden will do on the trail vs Trump. The baggage, gaffs and low energy will be a real problem for Joe.

Papa, do you think the media (left, right and center if there are any) all have told the masses that Joe being the chosen one has influenced that? Im genuinely interested in this topic because my thoughts have been from early in this election cycle that Biden is too close to center to get the primary nod...... Trump is riding a wave of "wins" right now and has a lot of momentum heading to Nov so I cant see him not being re-elected
