Hardest phase of Ranger School. Don't worry, he'll be fine. Hallucinations from lack of sleep are normal.
I have a very dear friend who is an instructor there. Give me your kids name and I will make sure he has a good experience. joking aside, your kid made it this far, he will continue to be successful. oh yeah...Go Air Force, Beat Army!
Sorry guys didn't mean to be cryptic but wasn't sure what I could and couldn't say and knew those that knew, knew! I'm so proud of that kid! He's a climber and hiker so mountain should be his element. Not so sure about the swamp. This is his second try and he killed phase one. 8 hour pass today to eat, sleep, laundry, hair cut, restock, even rest day is a bitch.
You think I'm cryptic, you should try to decode the info I've been trying to understand from the face book pages we get to keep up with their progress.
http://forums.13x.com/index.php?threads/official-youtube-video-thread.215117/ One of (several) truly special moment(s)in my life: July 1986 - I got to pin my brother’s Ranger tab on at his Ranger School graduation.
Sit back, relax and keep your mind occupied. There is nothing you are going to do now to change the outcome, its all up to him and his teammates and the values (and genetics) you ingrained in him.
Yep - many good memories of Benning. I got to watch him make his qualifying jumps for Airborne School 2 years before that.
