The 200 would waste money and resources and at this point bring nothing to the MotoAmerica series. If the track, who is the promoter, wants to pay MA to run it and bring a pro event there I'm sure they'd consider it but it would cost a hell of a lot more than whatever their deal with CCS is.
didnt want to start a whole new thread since its a WERA weekend but... who is waiting on parts, who is doing dyno time, who hasn't pre-entered, who got their free camp spot for the 200??
Nothing listed on TVracer.com or the Daytona 200 webpage as of yet. But if I remember correctly, last year they didn't make the announcement that there'd be online streaming until like a day beforehand.
Official announcement. http://www.roadracingworld.com/news/daytona-200-and-daytona-tt-to-be-streamed-live-on-fanschoicetv/ And GO GEOFF MAY!!!! I remember pitting next to him and his mechanic Hippie when I first started racing in the SE. Great people and I would love to see him win the 200 this year. http://www.roadracingworld.com/news/daytona-200-geoff-may-returning-to-florida-with-new-sponsors/
Why cant they get that many entries for the Moto American weekends. Have money to win, racers will race.
Keep him on the 600 and run it. I just always liked that team. You could go up and talk to any one of there members including Danny, and they would treat you like there own.
