the BL is one of the all time greats.

i will say, you have to commit and just watch the entire thing, start to finish. it's not a shoot-em-up action/thriller.

Maybe DK is on to something. A great thing about the Coen Bros movie is generally, you have no clue where they're going (Guy Ritchie also). Knowing the punchlines in advance perhaps tames the experience...
