I understand TM was the aggressor. Listen to the 911 tape and you will hear GM running. What you underlined was an hypothetical.

i have listened to it, over and over again, and i still dont think he was "running" or "chasing". He thought he was on to something. Adrenalin was pumping, he followed up to a point before he stopped and was waiting on police.

Everyone throwing out these hypothetical crap is BS. Talk about what actually took place. About the ONLY thing we dont know, is WHO threw the first punch, because the only other person that could "testify" about that is dead.

As for him being out of breath, in the situation he was in, on the phone with the police, i can say from experience, you dont have to be running to be breathing that way when in this situation. A few years ago i did the same thing with a drunk driver in my neighborhood that took out a mailbox and ran. I was in my truck for god sakes, on the phone with the cops while following this guy as he was weaving white line to white line for 5 miles before the police finally came and threw the blues on the guy and he pulled over. No we were not speeding, dude was so drunk he never got over about 30 mph. But just knowing that i very well could be witness to him either hitting an innocent bystander on the road or hitting another car head on, had me breathing like i'd just ran a 5K. And no, he had no clue i was even behind him following him. So all this crap people keep saying about the way he was breathing just HAD to mean he was "running and chasing" the little thug, is nothing more than pure speculation, and getting old.

BS, just because THIS [linked] incident had a pleasant turn out doesn't make it any different.

The bottom line is the kid was suspect about another person and gave pursuit.

The BS 'argument' most anti-GZ folks are using is exactly that.

May be infuriating to some but it's no where near being on the same playing field. GZ shot a perp while being assaulted.

From what I read on this case, Ms. Alexander walked into their former residence to retrieve her personal effects, sounds like there may have been a DV order in place?

    Either way:
    1) it sounds like she 'may have' entered the residence improperly, in NJ if there is an active DV order, you have to be escorted by the police to get your stuff out.

    2) either she walked in while her ex was in there or they arrived while she was still in there and a fight ensues.

    3) she went back to her car, grabbed her gun and then returned to the residence.

I just read up on this within the last 24hrs so it's kinda fresh on my mind, if the article was inaccurate, I'd like to hear about it. However, if it is accurate then explain to me where you see any similarities?!?!?

So,First the star witness is on cnn saying that TM didn't bash GZ, that what he got was just an ol fashion ass whoopin. Then goes on later to say the TM was under GZ and that that's the only way the phone could have got disconnected. Sorry but anytime I was on the bottom of a brawl I wasn't doing the ass whoopin, and anytime I was on top I wasn't getting my ass beat.

I realize that you can't tell the difference between an actual kidnapping and a suspicious kid walking down the street.

I'm sure that you light a candle every May Day for the Union Protection Fairy. :D

Another thing I don't understand is, If this isn't sopose to be about race then why are they making such a huge deal about there being no blacks on the jury. Don't both sides agree on the jury that is selected?
